Ages: U16-U18 (6:30pm to 7:30pm)
Location: UBC Mini turf field
Length of Program: 10 week program (Fall)
Dates: Monday nights, September 23, 30, October 7, 21, 28, November 4, 11, 18, 25 & December 2.
Specialized coaching sessions developed for specific ages, ability and goals of the group. There is a high emphasis on form, technique and execution of movement. These sessions are designed to increase movement efficiency, reduce injuries, minimize downtime of injuries, improve strength, and mobility. The small group sizes allow coaches to provide individualized feedback.
