VanU+ Pre-Season Camp
Metro / VanU Plus Pre-Season Camp
VanU FC will be offering a pre-season camp for U11 to U16 Metro, VanU Plus players for the season. The camp is not bundled into the registration fees. Instead, it is an opt-in program. Those who are interested can email gus/at/vancouverunitedfc.com for more information.
The camp will focus on age-appropriate preparation for the season, keeping in mind that Metro & VanU Plus teams will be playing in Labour Day weekend tournaments. The workload will be adjusted to reflect the weekend commitment.
Note: Times are subject to change. Sessions will only be team-based if entire teams register; otherwise players from the different teams will be combined into logical groups. This camp will be led by senior VanU FC staff coaches along with speed, strength and conditioning coaches.
