The club is proud to introduce our new Second Kicks Technical Lead, Dylan Barrett!
Dylan is a UEFA B Licensed Coach and UEFA A Licence candidate with over 15 years of coaching experience across England, the United States, and Canada. His coaching background includes Preston North End FC, Global Premier Soccer, Vancouver Whitecaps FC, Mountain United FC, Burnaby FC, and now Vancouver United FC.
Technical Director Gus Karvelis shared the following comment:
“The Second Kicks program is entering an exciting new chapter this September with several enhancements designed to elevate the experience for our youngest players. Finding the right person to lead this important program was a top priority, and Dylan’s experience, leadership, and player-centred approach made him the clear choice. His vision, expertise, and commitment to developing young players will help establish a strong foundation for the continued success of the Second Kicks program.”
