Vancouver United FC is excited to welcome Nathan Graziano as our new Technical Lead for Boys U11 – U14 Division 2 & 3 teams and U15 – U18 all Divisions.
Nathan brings a diverse coaching background across grassroots, development, and high-performance environments. He has worked with Mountain United/Burnaby FC, ICSF, West Vancouver School Program, and BC Soccer, coaching players from U5 through U18, including high-performance environments such as BCSPL and Provincial identification programs.
Nathan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and is currently completing his Concacaf B Licence. His experience includes curriculum development, player evaluation, technical and tactical coaching, video analysis, and coach mentorship. He is passionate about creating positive learning environments while helping players develop the skills, understanding, and confidence needed to reach their full potential.

“We are very excited to welcome Nathan to our Technical Leadership team as our new Technical Lead for Boys U11–U18. Nathan brings a strong understanding of player development and a passion for helping players and coaches grow. His experience, knowledge, and commitment will be a valuable addition to our boys’ program, and we look forward to the positive impact he will have at Vancouver United.”
