VanU Month of Giving
Thank you to everyone who donated items for Covenant House Vancouver during our November Month of Giving! Over the course of the month, our club collected many, many items that will go to local youth in need.
A special shoutout to our 2012 BCSPL Boys and 2011 BCSPL Girls who held a Pro-D Day Camp during November with proceeds going to local charities. The camp saw:
- 46 players in attendance
- 202 items donated for Covenant House
- $1800 raised for KidSport
Our donation links for the Greater Vancouver Food Bank and KidSport will be open a little longer. If you’re able to donate, our club – as well as these local organizations – would be greatly appreciative!

Winter Registration Info (First Kicks & Academy)
Registration for both the Winter Academy and Winter First Kicks is set to open on Friday, December 12th at 12pm.
Academy
Our Monday Development Academy will continue in the same format as it did in the Fall. On Fridays however, our Academy session will look a little different. We will now feature a Small Sided Games Academy this Winter in lieu of our Shooting & Finishing Academy (which will return in the spring). Although small sided games have been a staple within our Monday Development Academy Curriculum (and will remain as such), we will be offering a Small Sided Games Academy – “Friday Night Lights”.

First Kicks
During the Winter season we will be offering First Kicks at UBC MacInnes, Chaldecott Park, Hillcrest, Churchill, and Sunset Park.
