About Mark Cylwa
Mark is a long serving VanuFC Board member and currently holds the position of VP Divisional Boys. Additionally, Mark is a member of the Finance Committee, Executive Committee and was responsible for securing VanU’s sponsorship agreement with BMO. His professional background is a discretionary Portfolio Manager (also licensed in the United States) and Senior Wealth Advisor with BMO Nesbitt Burns, having been with the firm for over 20 years. Mark works with a variety of clients within his practice, including individuals, families, corporations and trusts. Mark will tell you his greatest achievement is his family, and to that end, he dedicates countless hours to his two boys. With coaching certifications on two continents for multiple sports, he has worked with hundreds of youth on a volunteer basis. Governance, fundraising and volunteer board appointments round out his community involvement. Joining Mark in adventure and folly are his wife and parents, from which he draws immense wisdom and joy.
